comfortable bedpoor bar serviceunavailable guinness
the room was acceptable, including a large comfortable bed.
I was frustrated with the poor bar service. it took an unreasonably long time to get drinks (around 15 minutes), even when the bar was not crowded. also, guinness was unavailable one night, only to appear on a tray later, a situation i found annoying. floor staff seemed to lack basic customer service skills. When i asked about our drinks, the staff only told me they had ordered it.
